Family Summer fun!

Chloie and I spend a lot of time outside these days, She loves to lay out with me (which means she drinks my drink, plays with my book, ipod, and sunglasses while I bask in the sun :) ) Baylie comes over ever now and then and plays in the back yard with us and Chloie LOVES it!
We bought he a pool this morning and she spent about an hour just splashing and singing. I'm so glad she likes it!
there are a ton of parks out here in Daybreak so we go for walks almost everyday to various parks, they are all relatively close to our house. She loves to play in the sand, swing and twirl. :)
I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE summer! and am so glad that I get to spend so much time with Chloie out side this summer!

Here are a few pictures of our summer so far and the adventures we have been on! and one of me and Ben just so he is included! :)

Happy Fathers Day!

To my dad:
I could not have asked for a better dad! You are such a great example to us, you worked so hard to provide for us growing up (and still do with Bay and Jay) and still support us in everything we do.
All of the grand-daughters are so lucky to have you! Love you dad!
(my dad always trying to make me smile) :)

To Ben's dad: I know that you are the biggest influence in Ben life, everything you say and do makes a big impact on him. He has such a great amount of respect for you! Ben would not be the Husband or Father that he is if it wasn't for you! Thank you! We love you!

And to Chloie's daddy!:
Thank you for everything you do for us, you are amazing! Chloie is so Lucky to have you, She adores you!
every time the garage door opens she runs to the door screaming "DAD!!" arms wide open just waiting to give you a big hug! We love you more then you will ever know!
(one of my favorite picture of these two!)

OCD, Family, and Time.

So I've been kinda loosing my mind lately, I swear my house cannot stay clean for more then 20 seconds. There are ALWAYS dishes to be done, floors to be vacuumed, swept, mopped, toys to be picked up and put away and for some reason there are finger prints on my base boards and walls, and doors and cupboards (My ABSOLUTE biggest pet peve!).  I just cannot keep up! I think my mom's OCD with her house being clean has worn off on me, I don't know how she does it! I like to think that my house is generally clean and tidy but it is never quite what I'd like it to be. Which is something I never thought I'd worry about and I'm sure my mother never thought I'd worry about, being as I was probably the messiest child while living at home ;). but now I get it.... Any advice on keeping up with house work would be greatly appreciated! haha.

Second....
Family. I absolutely love my family.
Ben is the love of my life and he is such a great dad and an amazing husband, he works so hard to provide for Chloie and I. Always making sure we have everything we need.
Chloie is the best thing that has ever happened to Ben and I. She was the easiest baby, so quiet and calm and happy. She is very friendly and sweet, She LOVES to give Ben and I kisses (constantly). She is so smart, she is saying short sentences already. She says: "what's this?" "Who's that?" "how about now?" "lets go"
She says "bye-bye" to everyone. She knows the difference between yes and no and uses them constantly to let us know what she wants. She LOVES to be outside playing with Allie and she loves to sit in her room surrounded by books. ( little book worm like her mommy :))
She has started to throw temper tantrums, they are more funny then anything and they never last for more then a minute. Luckily!
And I am trying my hardest to be the best mom and wife I can be to these two.

I have an amazing family, in every way (my own family, my immediate family, and extended family).

Third...
Time. There is never enough time. Especially  now, Ben is working two jobs (he was recently hired on Unified Fire Authority[so exciting]) and I work the nights that he is home. I have tons of quality time with  Chloie which I am so thankful for. But there is never enough time for Ben and I. I don't remember the last time we went on a date (just the two of us, we generally take Chloie, which is a lot of fun). I am excited for the opportunity Ben has to do what he loves. But I find myself being incredibly jealous when I see other couples that I know getting to spend so much time together. I don't think they even realize how incredibly lucky they are. (enjoy it, all of you, don't take it for granted) :)
I am however incredibly excited that I get to spend all day Saturday with Ben and Chloie. (the only Saturday Ben has off for the month.) I do not care what we do, I would be happy doing nothing, just hanging out at home and having fun in the backyard.

just a few pictures from the past couple months :)
