Chloie is excited, every time we ask her about her baby sister she lifts up her shirt and points to her belly, then attempts to show everyone mine. It's great. I am so thankful to have our sweet, mild mannered little Chloie. It makes the idea of having another one much less scary. She will make a great big sister, she LOVES her new twin cousins (Hadlee and Rylee) and would love to just pick them up and snuggle them all the time (if we would let her).Since we have been talking to her more and more lately about babies every thing becomes a baby, from Shampoo bottles in the tub, to rolled up blankes, to my oven mit. She hold them and rocks them and "SHHH's" me. It's pretty comical. She also loves to kiss my belly, pat it and say "baby", always with a big grin on her face.
Ben is... well he's Ben, a man of few words... He's excited and is ready for another little Chloie. It's hard for us to picture this baby looking anything different then our Chloie. :)
As for me... Well.... I have been in denial a bit for the last 5 months, and I admittedly still am. sort of. Which is a LOT of the reason we haven't told anyone up til now... I LOVE the idea of having another baby, I hate the idea of being pregnant. I don't like to gain weight and have it pointed out constantly, it's not an easy thing for me to handle. BUT luckily This pregnancy has been super easy so far, which I am grateful for, I haven't been sick, all my clothes still fit, and I have not been tiered, nor have I gained weight (yet), I'm sure that will change soon seeing as I am 22 weeks pregnant now... Yikes more then half way done already... I can't believe how quickly this pregnancy is going by, I think having Chloie to chase around and play with everyday makes the days pass quicker. :) I am very excited to be a mommy to two little girlies and I can't wait til she is here. I'm more anxious then ever waiting for Christmas to come!
